RENAULT STAND AT COP22
Spread over 30,000 m2, the COP22 Green Zone welcomed the "Innovations and Solutions" spaces, it was also the scene of civil society's commitment to the environment through side events, exhibitions, conferences, presentation and awareness spaces. All these activities enabled the sharing of knowledge and experience, the presentation of good practices and the consolidation or launching of initiatives for climate.
The stand of the Renault-Nissan Alliance, located at the entrance to the Green Zone, was a showcase for innovation in electric and sustainable mobility, including an exhibition of the Renault ZOE. Visitors to the Renault-Nissan Alliance stand were numerous and attentive to our expert V.E. - who, through a demonstrator of the Renault ZOE Z.E. 40, was able to explain to them the mechanism of the new battery long range developed for an autonomy of 400 km.
The COP22 solutions were an opportunity to showcase different solutions to improve our lifestyles and help to prevent climate disturbances.

Ghosn states that country-by-country commitments that will comprise the Paris agreement, by themselves, will not be enough to reduce greenhouse gas emissions to a level that limits global warming. The support of the business community is mandatory.
The auto industry already has proven and affordable solutions to wean drivers off our addiction to fossil fuels. The most prominent, ready and affordable solution is the electric vehicle, the only zero-emissions vehicle that can be powered with purely renewable energy.
