Transport solutions for the younger generations

On 22 March, RCI Bank and Services and the ESCP Europe business school kicked off a competition among 100 MEB (Master in European Business) students. The aim is to stimulate the emergence of fresh ideas on motor transport in the under-30 age group.

Our ambition is to propose an auto-mobility solution adapted to the needs of each customer of the Renault-Nissan Alliance brands. This competition strengthens our customer-centric approach. Who better than students to imagine offers intended for under-30s."

The competition has two stages: Students at each campus, coached by their marketing professors, take part in local competitions, then toward the end of May, the finalist teams from each campus are examined by juries comprising local managing directors and experts from the RCI Bank and Services head office.

On 13 June, the four winning teams will then submit their projects to the Executive Committee and employees from RCI Bank and Services, who will judge the project to a list of criteria headed by originality, feasibility, and value to the customer and to RCI Bank and Services.

The RCI Bank and Services project is highly motivating for the MEB students, who’ll enjoy this chance to pit their wits against each other. The Master's course spans thirty-five countries, and this cultural diversity will prove highly valuable in the emergence of workable solutions. After all, transport needs vary widely from region to region across the planet.”
Véronique Tran, professor and director of the Master in European Business course at ESCP Europe

Through this initiative, we hope to show future graduates that we are a dynamic and agile company that is facing the challenges in today’s automotive mobility. It is also an opportunity to attract talented individuals with international backgrounds."
