Strong group-wide following
The 2017 President Awards ceremony took place at the Technocentre (France) on 10 April. Carlos Ghosn awarded trophies to some of the teams that had made outstanding achievements during the year, in terms of value creation, cost reduction, quality, process optimization and innovation.
This annual event is an important opportunity for us to celebrate our achievements and thereby encourage the 130,000 people who form our group to set their sights high and push ahead, developing a sound capacity for intrepid creativity.”

And the winners are:
Seventeen teams were nominated in the Employees category this year. Given the quality of projects submitted, Carlos Ghosn awarded trophies to two teams.
First: A Purchasing Department team won a President Awards trophy for its contribution to group results in 2016.
First tie: And a Product Program, electrical vehicule Department team won a trophy for launch of a mass-market electric vehicle with a record travel range, ZOE with its newly fitted Z.E. 40 battery.
