Renault just introduced Kwid concept car at the New Delhi Auto Expo. A compact car, that is fun and connected, thanks to its flying companion that takes off from its roof to take pictures of traffic and other obstacles ahead. It's the first time Renault decides to reveal a new concept outside Europe and the Geneva, Paris and Frankfurt motor shows. Indeed, for the first time in its history, in 2012, Renault Group sold more than 1 out of 2 cars outside Europe. How did Renault's teams adapt to the needs of its globalising customers? How can they design concepts (like Kwid) and cars that will appeal to markets that are thousands of miles away from its Technocentre in France? Laurens van den Acker, Senior VP, Renault Design and Serge Mouangue, Brands Manager, explain it all in this video.
