Renault innovation at Las Vegas CES 2017

The Las Vegas Consumer Electronics Show (CES), one of the world’s biggest technology innovation gatherings, runs from January 5 to 8. Carlos Ghosn will be there to champion the Renault-Nissan Alliance on January 5. And Groupe Renault is taking this opportunity to showcase its ongoing work to illustrate new ways of thinking about mobility as technology meets transportation.

Renault innovation for everyone

Renault sees innovation as being everybody’s business. One thing this means is that tomorrow’s cars will be the outcome of input across talent from a variety of sources: in-house creativity (with different among Research Center as Silicon Valley, Open Innovation as the one of Tel Aviv,  and creative Labs), external collaboration (through cooperation with startups at the forefront of innovation), and the Renault-Nissan Alliance strenght. Specifically, Renault gives its partners access to its hardware and software systems to facilitate cooperative work on the vehicles of the future, developing breakthrough and futuristic technologies, and fostering a wealth of new business opportunities in the process. There’s something for everyone here.

Keeping pace with constant change in the automotive industry, Renault takes a new approach to innovation, in tune with the rapid emergence of new technologies, new transport practices and new customer usage patterns.

Open-source cooperation, or how today’s startup initiatives influence tomorrow’s technologies.
