2013 Shanghai Motor Show: Fluence, Twizy and the Alpine A110-50 in the spotlight

On the opening day of the Shanghai Motor Show Renault presented New Fluence, a prestigious, modern saloon with an even more dynamic look. With this redesigned vehicle, most of the Renault range available in China (including Koleos, Latitude and Talisman) adopts a consistent design.

The Shanghai Motor Show is now the biggest motor show in Asia, ahead of Tokyo’s. This 15th edition (it is held every other year, alternating with Beijing) welcomes 2,000 exhibitors.

Renault is still a minor player in this huge market of more than 18.3 million vehicles in 2012 but is willing to continue its growth and become better known in China. Quick example: the brand is forging ahead with the expansion of its dealer network, which will grow from 95 outlets in 2012 to 170 in 2014.
