On June 14th at 15 :00 (Paris time), the Signatech-Alpine team will line up fifth on the legendary Le Mans 24 Hours.
For few weeks now, the pilots Paul-Loup Chatin, Oliver Webb and Nelson Panciatici have been able to turn their attention to fine-tuning the Alpine A450b round the full Le Mans track.
Thanks to ten hours of track time spread over the last two days, the Alpine A450b was fifth-quickest amongst the LMP2 contenders during qualifying, with a lap time of 3:38.089.
“We had a genuine chance there to set the LMP2 class pace. Personally, I’m feeling good in the Alpine A450b. It was important for me to continue to learn the circuit and to get plenty of laps under my belt. I can already see just what a special and unique event the Le Mans 24 Hours is – and the race hasn’t even started yet!” , Olivier Webb.
The Le Mans 24 hours race is starting tomorrow, don't miss it!
