Discover the behind-the-scenes manufacturing of their A 110... The dream has become a reality for the very first customers invited a few days ago to participate in the "ALPINE Customer Visits" program in Dieppe. The experience is unique: access to an emblematic place of French motor racing, and enter the historic factory, created in 1969 by Jean Rédélé.

Beyond the symbol, the rebirth of Alpine is an industrial reality:

to welcome the A 110, the Norman site has been transformed in depth. 151 people have been recruited and trained at the Alpine School and more than 35 million euros have been invested.

Dieppe is the factory of tailor-made products, where small series production rhymes with goldsmith's work. In the new sheet metal workshop, customers discover the manufacture of a 100% aluminium body, which satisfies the need for lightness, a major advantage of the A 110. Gluing, riveting, nothing is left to chance.
In the paint shop, the new sanding and wiping robots guarantee a premium quality finish. Finally, it is the assembly phase, whose process is inspired by the Alliance's best practices. For each car, a trolley on the side of the line supplies the operators with the necessary parts.
Quality and attention to detail guide each operator: make "good the first time" all along the chain, validate the vehicle under light arches, test it dynamically on the track before making the final adjustments.

« Many customers are waiting for this moment to discover the industrial cradle of their Alpine 110, says Thierry Witzenrieth, Alpine After-Sales Director. The level of finishing is a sign of a "made in Dieppe" product and this type of visit reinforces their confidence by allowing them to discover the industrial excellence of our production site. »

« Our customers are passionate about cars and want to know the background to the manufacture of their Alpine, explains Pierre-Emmanuel Andrieux, Plant Director. This type of visit allows us to exchange with them but also to pay tribute to the work of our teams. We are encouraged to remain extremely professional and continue to maintain the excellence of our brand image and the reputation of our car. »
