Drawing on his singular life experience, he is seeking to change attitudes to disabilities, often synonymous with unproductiveness. His motto is that everything is possible! According to a report by the World Health Organization, 15% of the world population lives with a disability. And the figure could well rise in the coming years. The employment of people with disabilities is vital to inclusion. What are companies doing in this respect? To find out, we talked to Oliver Faust, Director of Corporate Social Responsibility and the Groupe Renault Foundation.
The Renault Foundation is launching a new call for projects. The objective: to support a non-profit organization that works to promote entrepreneurship among women in disadvantaged communities or to improve their access to employment. Olivier Gignoux will be volunteering at the 10th Gay Games. Held in Paris from August 4 to 12, the sporting and cultural – and inclusive – event comprises 36 disciplines and is open to everyone. Out of the 50 organizations having responded to the Renault Foundation's call for projects in May, La Cravate Solidaire was the focus of all attentions. Working towards the professional insertion of disadvantaged people, the organization was awarded the sum of €90,000 by the Foundation to carry out its project.

If that is the case, you have until 14 May 2018 to submit an application to the Renault Foundation and receive a financial contribution of €90,000, if your proposal is selected.
