For the third year in a row, Renault is a partner of MyFrenchFilmFestival, an innovative concept the goal which is to further the discovery of French cinema and enable Internet users around the globe to share their love of French films. Features in competition will be available from January 17 to February 17 on the myfrenchfilmfestival.com website.
Last year, the public prize was awarded to the comedy Case Départ (by Fabrice Éboué, Thomas Ngijol and Lionel Steketee), the International press prize to Love like Poison (Katell Quillévéré) and the social network prize to 18 Years Old and Rising by Frédéric Louf. Question is: who will be next?
For this third edition of MyFrenchFilmFestival, 10 feature films are in competition: Early One Morning by Jean-Marc Moutout, Donoma by Djinn Carrénard, The Disintegration by Philippe Faucon, The Pirogue by Moussa Touré, Louise Wimmer by Cyril Mennegun, On Aire by Pierre Pinaud, Radiostars by Romain Levy, Of Women and horses by Patricia Mazuy, Leader Sheep by Christian Rouaud and finally A bottle in the Gaza sea by Thierry Binisti. From comedy to drama and documentary, there is something for all tastes.
In addition, MyFrenchFilmFestival gives the opportunity to discover 10 shorts which are also in competition.
This year, the president of the Director's Jury is Michel Hazanvicius (The Artist). He will be supported by Emanuele Crialese, Lucrecia Martel and Wang Xioshuai.
