Renault is broadening its range of vehicles available in India with Scala, the fifth model launched in this country in less than 18 months. This premium small saloon is manufactured at the Chennai plant. After the sedan Fluence, the crossover Koleos, the hatchback Pulse and the SUV Duster, the launch of Scala means Renault is now represented in all segments of the Indian car market, with products that meet the needs of many different customers.
On September 10, Pierre-Christophe Baguet, Mayor of Boulogne-Billancourt, and Mouna Sepehri, Executive Vice President, Office of the CEO, opened the Seguin Island Pavilion. Visitors to the new information and exhibition centre will be able to trace Renault's history at this key site in French manufacturing.
The Pope goes electric!
The Moscow Motor Show opened a few days ago and will host the Russian visitors until September 9. Renault became the leading foreign brand on the Russian market in the first half of 2012, selling about 100,000 vehicles thanks to a broad, ambitious product plan. Russia is now the Group's third-biggest market, after France and Brazil.
Deauville may be in France, but until September 9, it’s on American time. Between the competition, where a number of first films are in the running, the tributes to movie stars (Liam Neeson and Harvey Keitel top the list), and powerhouse premières (The Bourne Legacy, to name just one), festivalgoers will have a packed program at this thirty-eighth American Film Festival. And again this year, the stars can count on a fleet of Renault Latitude and Espace to deliver them in style to the red carpet.
