Born in 1972, François ROGER graduated from Lyon’s Ecole de Management in Finance and Human Resources.

He began his career as a consultant in Total Rewards and Human Resources Management in Hay Management, now Korn Ferry Hay. François ROGER joined SC Johnson in 2000, as an international Compensation and Benefits Director and then held various International HR positions there.

François ROGER joined Novartis in 2005 as France and South Europe Head of HR for the animal health division. He has spent 9 years in General Electric Healthcare as a VP HR between 2008 and 2016. He supported various businesses and geographies.

Lately, he was VP global Talent for BIC in Shelton, CT, USA where he supported all talent initiatives, talent acquisition, learning and development across the globe.

In June 2018, François Roger became Senior Vice President, Human Resources Groupe Renault and member of Groupe Renault management committee.

In April, 2019, François Roger became EVP, Human Resources of Groupe Renault. He was also in charge of the Groupe Renault Prevention and Protection department and Real Estate and Facility Management department. On 1 October, 2020, the transformation and organisation division also reports to François Roger.

On January 1, 2021, François Roger is appointed EVP, People, Workplace and Organization, Renault Group. He is a member of the Renault Group's Board of Management.

On February 1, 2023, he is appointed Chief People, Workplace, Organization Officer. He becomes a member of the Leadership Team, which replaces the Board of Management (BOM) and the Corporate Management Committee (CMC). This new single management body’s mission will be to ensure the strategic and operational management of Renault Group activities.
