Executive Vice President, Product Planning and Programs Groupe Renault
Bruno Ancelin joined Renault in 1982, in the Research Department. In 1987, he joined the Manufacturing Department at the Le Mans plant, first as manager in the Transmissions Department, then as Manufacturing Process Manager.
In 1992, he became Industrial Strategy Manager in the Manufacturing Technologies Department and head of the Plan Department at the Engineering Department in 1994. In 1996, he joined the Flins plant where he became Deputy Director in charge of manufacturing. In 1999, he became Supply Chain Director, and in April 2006, Program Director for Megane, Scenic, Koleos, Fluence and SM3.
On 1 September 2008, he was appointed to Renault’s Management Committee. In May 2009, he was appointed Alliance Director of Global Sourcing for Renault Nissan BV, a function he held until 1 November 2011. Since 1 October 2010, Bruno Ancelin has been Senior Vice President, Chairman of the Eurasia Region and Managing Director of Renault Russia (Avtoframos). In February 2012, he was appointed to the AVTOVAZ Board of Directors.
Since 1 October 2014, Bruno Ancelin has been Executive Vice President, Product Planning and Programs of Groupe Renault. He is a member of the Renault Executive Committee and reports to Thierry Bolloré, Chief Competitive Officer.
