Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer Groupe Renault, and Chairman of the Board of RCI Banque

Clotilde Delbos started her career in California, then at Price Waterhouse in Paris before joining the Pechiney Group in 1992. She held various positions in France and in Brussels in Internal Audit, Treasury and Mergers & Acquisitions to then become Division Financial Director (Bauxite Alumina and International Trade).

After Pechiney's acquisition by Alcan, Clotilde Delbos served as Vice President & Business Finance Director of the Engineered Products Division from 2005 up until it was sold in 2011 to Apollo Global Management (Private Equity Fund) and the Fonds Stratégique d’Investissement. In the new company, Constellium, her last two positions were Deputy CFO and Chief Risk Officer.

Clotilde Delbos joined Groupe Renault in 2012 as Group Controller. On 1 January 2014, she became a member of the Renault Management Committee. On 1 May 2014, Clotilde Delbos was appointed Alliance Global Director, Control, in addition to her current role as SVP, Groupe Renault Controller. She became a member of the Groupe Renault Board of Directors in 2014. She also became a member of the Board of Directors of RCI Banque in November 2014.

Since 25 April 2016, Clotilde Delbos has been Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Groupe Renault. She is a member of the Renault Executive Committee and also Chairman of the Board of RCI Banque.
