Article 1: organization

The company RENAULT SAS, a simplified joint stock company, hereinafter referred to as "The organizer," taking its Corporate Communications (e.communication Team) whose registered office is situated 13/15 QUAI ALPHONSE LE GALLO 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, registered under SIRET 780-129-987 1 0359, organizes a Free game with no obligation to purchase the September 30, 2014 at 15:00 pm to October 20, 2014 at 23:59 pm titled "WIN A BASKET BALL SIGNED BY TONY PARKER "

Article 2: players

This free game, carrying no obligation to buy, is restricted exclusively to adult persons on the date when the game starts, residing in mainland France, French Overseas Territories and Departments and all other countries.

Any persons that do not meet the above conditions, all the members of the organizer's personnel, all persons who took part directly or indirectly in the design, development or management of the game, plus the members of their families (ascendants and descendants or all other members of the family, whether they live under the same roof or not), are excluded from taking part in the game.

The organizer reserves the right to ask any player for proof that they meet the above conditions. All persons who do not meet these conditions, or who refuse to provide proof thereof, will be excluded from the game and, if they win the game, will not be entitled to claim their prize.

Each person can only play once (same name, same address). The organizer reserves the right to check that players obey this rule.

Playing the game implies that the players accept these rules in full.

Players must answer a question and get the good answer to participate in the draw.

Players must submit their name, email address and mailing address with their answer. The details will not be published on the blog.

The players are aware and accept that the information entered in the registration form constitutes proof of their identity.

Any entries that do not meet the requirements of these rules will render the entry invalid. All players suspected of fraud may be excluded from the game by the organizer without notice. All deliberately or inadvertently incomplete, erroneous or illegible identifications, or identifications that do not respect the format stipulated in these rules, will be considered null and void. The same rule applies to multiple entries.

Players shall complete the form correctly and in full for their registration to be validated. The players are aware and accept that the information entered in the registration form constitutes proof of their identity.

Any entries that do not meet the requirements of these rules will render the entry invalid. Any player suspected of fraud may be excluded from the game by the organizer without notice. All deliberately or inadvertently incomplete, erroneous or illegible identifications, or identifications that do not respect the format stipulated in these rules, will be considered null and void. Article 5: designation of the winners

At the end of the competition, the draw will be made by the bailiff.

All participants who correctly answered the question at the end of the game before midnight 20/10/2014 will be shortlisted for the draw.

The winners will be informed by e-mail at the address communicated during his participation.

 Article 7: prize-giving

The winner will be contacted directly.

The lot will be sent within 7 days from the mailing address provided by the winning entrant.

The winner agrees to accept the prize as it is, without any possibility of exchange in return for cash, goods or services of any kind, or transfer of the prize to a third party. Similarly, the prize shall not give rise to any claims for compensation.

Article 8: use of players' personal information

Information on the players will be saved and used by the organizer in order to keep a trace of their participation in the game and in order to award the prizes.

For legitimate reasons, players may refuse to allow the personal information provided for the purposes of the game to be processed. Players are also entitled to oppose the use of such information for commercial purposes, beyond their participation in the game, by writing to the organizer at the address in Article 1 as soon as they enter the game.

The winner(s) authorize the organizer to use their details (name, first name) for advertising or public relations purposes, on any medium whatsoever, without any claim to remuneration, rights or advantages, other than their prize.

In application of the January 6, 1978 law on information technology and individual freedom, all players are entitled to demand that any inaccurate, equivocal or obsolete information about them be corrected, completed, clarified, updated or deleted, by writing to the organizer at the address shown in Article 1.

Article 9: refund of expenses incurred by the game

Expenses will be refunded under the conditions described below:

In accordance with the provisions of article L. 121-36 of the French Consumer Code, access to the site and participation in the games are completely open and free of charge, and any expenses incurred by the player in order to connect to the site will be refunded under the following conditions.

For each player, the organizer shall memorize the dates and times when players log on and log off the site, plus the length of the connections.

Only one refund is permitted per household (same name, same postal address), provided that the player resides in France and respects the normal conditions of use of the site, it being expressly understood that normal use shall not exceed 15 minutes per day.

In view of the current service offerings and the state of the technology, certain internet access providers offer a free or packaged connection. Therefore, it is expressly agreed that any access to the site that is made free of charge or using a packaged offering (in particular by cable, ADSL or specialized line) shall not give rise to any refunds, in as much as the subscription to the access provider's services covers the web user's general usage of the internet, and that logging on to the site and taking part in the game does not incur any additional expenses or costs for the player.

For internet access that is charged on the basis of connection time, the connection expenses incurred in order to play the game will be refunded by check. Refund requests must be sent during the month in which this expense is paid. The postmark will act as proof. Refunds will be made within two months of receipt of the player's claim.

If the connection is made as part of a subscription package for a given time and that, beyond this time, the connection is charged according to connection time, then the cost of logging onto the site will be refunded to the player, provided that it can be established that the player exceeded the connection time because they were connected to the site. In order to obtain a refund of their connection costs, plus the franking costs of their refund claim, players shall send a written claim to the organizer with the following details:

- their name, first name and private postal address,

- the date, time and length of the connections to the site,

- a copy of the detailed bill from the entrant’s telephone operator and/or access provider, specifying the date and time of connections to the site.

The franking costs of the claim for the refund of connection costs will be refunded, on request, according to the applicable postage rates.

Article 11: industrial and intellectual property rights

The reproduction, representation or use of all or part of the components of the game, including these rules, is strictly forbidden.

All the brands, logos, texts, images, videos and other distinctive signs reproduced on the site, and on other sites that can be accessed by hyperlinks from the game site, are the exclusive property of their owners and are protected by the provisions of the French Code of Intellectual Property all over the world. Unauthorized reproduction shall constitute counterfeit and will be prosecuted.

Any unauthorized reproduction of these brands, logos and signs, in part or in full, shall constitute counterfeit and will be prosecuted.

Article 12: liability

The liability of the organizer shall not be engaged in the event of an act of God or by any event beyond its control.

The organizer shall not be held liable for any delays, losses, theft, damaged correspondence or illegible post marks due to the postal services. Moreover, it shall not be held liable, and no claims shall be made against the organizer, in the event of acts of God (the elements, strikes, etc.) that deprive the players, in part or in full, of the possibility of entering the game and/or that prevent the winners from claiming their prizes.

The organizer, its service providers and partners shall not be held liable under any circumstances for any incidents that may occur in the use of the prizes by the winners or their guests, once they have taken possession thereof.

Similarly, the organizer, its service providers and partners shall not be held liable for the loss or theft of the prizes, once the winners have taken possession thereof. All additional costs incurred in order to take possession of the prizes shall be paid by the winners, who shall refrain from making any claims for compensation to the organizer, its service providers or partners.

Article 13: disputes and claims

These rules are governed by French law.

The organizer reserves the right to decide, without right of appeal, on any difficulties in the interpretation or the application of these rules, while it is understood that challenges to the proceedings the game, the results, the prizes or their reception must be received no later than 1 month after the end of the game. Except in the event of obvious error, it is agreed that the information produced by the organizer's gaming systems shall prevail in the event of disputes resulting from connection data and the processing of the said data relating to the game.

All claims shall be sent to the organizer within 1 month of the end of the game. Once this deadline has expired, no further claims will be accepted. Playing the game implies that the players accept these rules in full.

 Article 14: proof agreement

It is expressly agreed between the players and the organizer that the organizer's computer systems and files alone shall prevail.

The computerized registries stored on the organizer's computers, under reasonably secure and reliable conditions, shall be considered as proof of the relations and communications between the organizer and the players.

Therefore, it is agreed that, in the absence of any obvious error, the organizer will be able to use its programs, data, records, operations and other input (logs or other reports) on computerized or electronic media, established, received or kept directly or indirectly by the organizer, and in particular in its computer systems, as proof.

The items in question shall therefore constitute proof, and if they are produced as means of proof by the organizer in any litigation proceedings, then they shall be admissible, valid and applicable between the parties in the same manner, under the same conditions and have the same evidential value as any documents drawn up, received or kept in writing.

All operations performed using a player's identifier and code, further to registration, are assumed to be irrebuttable and to have been conducted under the player's responsibility.
