AFTER-SALES MANAGER - AUTOMOBILES

Tasks:

  • Oversee economic performance and optimise the profitability of the After-Sales Business along three lines: Regions, Programmes, Functions.
  • Illuminate risks/opportunities and anticipate necessary actions to limit risks and transform opportunities
  • Support and challenge Regions/Countries, Functions, and Programmes.

AFTER-SALES QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN

Tasks:

  • Ensure good roll-out of quality requirements for accessories and any other products in the after-sales line.
  • Create quality assurance files to authorise their commercialisation.
  • Carry out qualification process reviews or pre-production audits at supplier sites as needed.
  • Deliver quality agreements on products in development and manage changes in series production.
