TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

Tasks:

  • In charge of a portfolio of technical, support, or business positions, overseeing recruitment from the identification of the need to the new hire’s first day, including writing the offer of employment.
  • Determine and implement the sourcing strategy using the most effective and innovative solutions (job branding, social media, school partnerships, talent pools, etc.)
  • Upholding the company recruitment policy.
