  • Constantly ensure your workshop’s quality of service to clients and analyse any discrepancies.
  • Call on support and tertiary functions to complete the progress action plan and meet objectives.
  • Establish and improve operational standards for safety, quality, production, cleanliness, and the environment, and ensure they are met on a daily basis.
